By booking an appointment or using services provided by Comfort Pro Phlebotomy Resources, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

 

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps, or other approved methods.

 

2. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

 

We understand that unexpected things happen. To ensure fairness and efficiency:

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or one-time rescheduling.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

 

No-shows or failure to be present at the scheduled time will also forfeit the appointment fee.

 

3. Mobile Service Requirements

 

Clients must ensure a safe, clean environment for the phlebotomist to perform the service. If the environment is unsafe or unsanitary, the provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment with no refund issued.

 

4. Health and Medical Responsibility

 

Comfort Pro Phlebotomy Resources does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. We perform specimen collection and transport only. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with their healthcare provider for interpretation of test results or medical advice.

 

5. Privacy

 

We are committed to protecting your personal and health information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

While we take every precaution to provide safe and professional services, Comfort Pro Phlebotomy Resources is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays or third-party lab results.

 

7. Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying threatening behavior, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or creating an unsafe environment for our staff.

 

8. Policy Changes

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date noted.
