Cancellation Policy
Comfort Pro Phlebotomy Services & Resources Booking Policy - Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. - Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any necessary paperwork. Cancellations and Rescheduling: - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. - Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee. Refunds: - Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. - No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments. Payment: - Payment is due at the time of booking. - We accept all major credit cards and insurance plans where applicable.
